Product Overview:
This MIT style flexural strength tester is a professional fatigue strength testing equipment designed for materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic film, wire, and flexible circuit boards (FPC). By adopting advanced microcomputer control technology, it is possible to accurately simulate the repeated folding process of materials in daily use. By measuring the number of folds before material fracture, its flexural fatigue resistance can be scientifically evaluated.

Test Principle:
Folding resistance refers to the number of double folds that paper or cardboard can withstand up to 135 degrees of reciprocating movement under a certain tension. It is expressed as the number of reciprocating folds or the logarithm of double folds with a base of 10. The number of times it is broken is recorded as the folding resistance.
