Introduction to electronic compression strength testing machine:

The microcomputer compression strength tester, also known as the paperboard edge compression tester, ring compression tester, compression strength tester, and electronic compression strength tester, is a conventional instrument used for carton testing. It is developed by Dongguan Zhongyi Precision Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongguan Zhongyi Instrument") in accordance with national standards. This instrument is primarily used to test the physical properties of paper and corrugated paperboard, including ring compression strength (RCT), edge compression strength (ECT), flat compression strength (FCT), peel adhesion test (PAT), and core flat compression test (CMT). It is suitable for testing paper with a thickness ranging from 0.15 to 1.00mm and paper cores with a diameter less than 60mm.

working principle：

Cut a certain size of sample from the base paper along the horizontal direction, form it into a ring shape, and apply pressure to it. The compressive strength of the sample measured is the ring crush strength of the base paper, which is calculated based on the sample length and maximum compressive force.
