Product Overview: Adhesion Tester：

The ZY-YSY3000 Corrugated Board Adhesion Tester is a testing instrument designed to measure the physical properties of corrugated board, including its adhesive strength. It is used to assess the strength of the bond between layers of corrugated board, ensuring that cartons do not fail during transport due to delamination. Testing is conducted via peel or compression methods, with results expressed as peel force (N/15 mm) or adhesive strength (kPa).

Principle of the PAT Adhesion Test：

Insert a needle-type fixture (peel frame) between the fluting and the liner (or between the fluting and the intermediate layer) of the test specimen. Then, apply pressure to the needle-type peel frame with the specimen inserted to induce relative movement, and measure the maximum force required to separate the detached portion.
