Product Introduction of Cardboard Durability Tester：

ZY-NPY5600 rupture strength tester (also known as rupture strength tester, rupture strength tester, rupture tester) is a professional testing equipment used to measure the material's ability to resist rupture. This equipment is designed using the internationally recognized Mullen method and uses the hydraulic incremental method to measure the burst strength of materials such as paper, cardboard, and corrugated cardboard. It is widely used in the packaging industry, papermaking enterprises, quality inspection agencies, and research institutions.

Principle of durability tester testing：

1. Clamp the sample onto the elastic film, with the upper and lower clamping discs tightly gripping the periphery of the sample
2. The hydraulic system pumps silicone oil at a stable rate, causing the film to protrude
3. The sample protrudes freely along with the adhesive film until it ruptures
4. The instrument automatically records the maximum pressure value, which is the burst strength of the sample (unit: kPa)
